For most pests, yes. Call and say “I have mice” and we will quote you the mice price there and then. Wildlife and prevention work are the exception — those need someone to look at the building first.
How soon can you come?
In most cases we can be there the same day. Our office is on Bradwick Drive in Concord, so we cover Aurora daily. Call and we will tell you the earliest we can get to you.
Is the treatment safe for my kids and pets?
Yes, when it is done properly. We use licensed products applied by licensed technicians, and we tell you in writing what we used, where, and how long to stay out of the treated area.
What if the pests come back?
Major treatments carry a 100-day warranty. If the same pest reappears at the same property within those 100 days, we come back once at no extra charge.
Wildlife work is different. The warranty covers the entry points we sealed — if an animal gets back in through our work, we put it right. A new opening somewhere else on the building is new work, because we cannot warranty a hole that was not there when we finished.
