Saw rats under cement steps in the backyard and electrician confirmed rodents in the walls of hot tub (had had the electrician come in as half the lights in the hot tub were not working). Called Go! and showed up next day. Because I wasn’t home and husband was busy, he couldn’t ask the questions I had. Contacted them when I got home and they came back to meet with me. Nicholas took his time to go everything with me, answer all of my questions and reassured me. So happy that I called them and so far with the fast, efficient service. Would definitively recommend!

We encountered a cockroach in the office and immediately looked for pest control services. Go Pest Control were the first ones to return our call that same evening. The staff on the phone was really patient with me and calmed me down (I was freaking out!) and sent in their guy the next morning. We had a treatment done and had little stations placed throughout the office to monitor for any future activity. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone! Cant say enough good things about this company!

We had great service with Go! Pest Control. The tech did the work and he was professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to look for and assessed the problem in the building very quickly. He was also sensitive to the circumstances in the building – no one likes to have a pest problem and people get anxious until it is fully addressed. But Tech was calm, precise and able to provide important details about a clear process that would be followed to eliminate the pest problem quickly and safely. He was punctual and accommodating about the service times. He provided a feedback report later the same day and further followup was arranged. I would really recommend this Company.

Very thorough work done - on time - and caring technicians - with follow up reports on progress - they email you to notify remind you of the upcoming appointment - and notifies you if they can't make it - a lot of communication back and forth which makes the customer feel important. Came by last winter to help deal with 3 different pest issues under the same inspection cost which was generous. Included the fee in the services I ultimately went with (bird removal/prevention). Guys came by in winter and went up onto the roof to deal with the issue regardless of the snow. They were very friendly and efficient.
